Scattered People - Film Screening

You're invited to a screening of Scattered People.


Through the eyes and hearts of two Iranian musicians, Scattered People is a story about the healing power of music, bringing together people, cultures and countries while exploring Australians' attitudes towards people seeking asylum. Scattered People is about the power of music to create change and restore hope.

Organised by the Refugee Association of Logan, the screening of 'Scattered People' will show the power of music, its ability to break through barriers, and to unite people.


When: 2 pm - 4pm, Sunday 18 July 2021

Where: Real Life Christian Church, 129 Dennis Road, Springwood.

The screening will be followed by a Q & A with the filmmakers, John and Lizzi Swatland, and a panel of other prominent speakers.


All proceeds will go towards supporting unemployed refugees and people seeking asylum.
